We are seeking an exceptional Senior Software Engineer to work ‘in the field’ providing the technical link between Ultraleap and our UK and European customers.  

 

You will work closely with leading customer engineering teams to guide and generate technical solutions that will enable them to incorporate our touchless haptics and tracking tech into their products and solutions.


This is an exciting and influential role that will allow people to engage with the digital world without touchscreens or controllers!

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the technical bridge between external customer and internal product and engineering teams, both on and off-site
  • Lead customers on a technical journey from evaluation and exploration to integration and production
  • Work directly with internal engineering teams to identify and design-proof of concepts needed to address customers' needs
  • Hold training sessions for demonstrating new products and services both at customer sites and remotely
  • Contribute to documentation and delivery of technical materials such as user guides, tutorials and application notes

 

Experience and Skill Set

  • BS degree in electronics or computer science or similar technical field of study
  • Proven experience in a similar role spanning software and hardware applications and solutions
  • Experience and ability to code in at least one of: C++, Unity or C#
  • Experience managing agile engineering teams
  • Exceptional combination of technical and customer facing skills
  • Self-starter capable of working on own initiative

 

General Information

  • Regular European travel will be required (approx. two days a week)
