We are seeking an exceptional Project Manager to work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to manage and deliver market-leading tracking hardware products. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for initiation and delivery of tracking hardware product development projects – schedule, scope, budget, risk management, handling escalations
  • Works closely with the Tracking Hardware Product Manager to deliver new products into the market
  • Ensures visibility of the status of delivery to stakeholders - no surprises
  • Facilitates cross functional collaboration including suppliers and customers

 

Experience and Skill-set

  • Proven project management experience with the development of electronic hardware, especially with new product development
  • Ability to drive scoping, planning and budget setting in a complex evolving environment
  • Autonomous with a strong focus on execution and delivery
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels (both verbal and written), including strong negotiation and influencing skills; comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders internally and externally
  • Strong cross-functional working skills, able to influence and coordinate direction across the business
  • Project management qualification such as APMG Agile or PRINCE2 an advantage, familiarity with Agile Hardware development an advantage
